While it naturally is without confines, the mental energy is the resource to perform anything and requires according expense. Applying a concept discussed before here, it is natural which suggests that it comes from internal and is then used to gain and learn the external. That’s what also makes it sacred, its basic impactful utility. A thing of common sense really but deserving a note.
